Easy Pulled Pork
Just popping in to say a quick "hi" and share some yumminess with you. My sister recommended this recipe to me the other day and I wasted no time making it; I think I may still have been on the phone with her as I pulled up to the meat counter at Whole Foods. I have always loved pulled pork but had prematurely labeled it as one of those foods that was too much hassel to make myself. As you may have guessed, I was wrong about that one and found that this recipe is actually one of the biggest no-brainers around. All you need is a dutch oven, a large cut of pork shoulder, and a free afternoon. Enjoy!
